1/4cUnsweetened pineapple juice
1tsSalt
1tbPacked brown sugar
1cDrained canned unsweetened
  Crushed pineapple
1tbMargarine or butter
  Softened
2 1/4cBread flour
1tbDry milk
1/3cPecan halves
1/4cShredded coconut
1 1/2tsRegular active dry yeast

This recipe can be doubled for a 2 lb. loaf. Follow the instructions for using the basic bread setting that came with your breadmaker. Drain 1 can (15-ounces) crushed pineapple in juice (reserve juice) to give the amount of juice and pineapple needed for this recipe. This bread makes great French toast.
